Seven Days Newspaper holds a ballot held each year where locals nominate their favorite businesses, people and places of Vermont.
I was nominated for Best Real Estate Agent, and Ridgeline Real Estate has been nominated for Best Real Estate Agency in 2022 & 2023.

Sellers
Selling is about marketing and appealing to the most amount of buyers. Marketing strategy is about the HOW, WHEN and WHERE:
Consider small improvements and cleaning to have the home show ready! Stage, photograph and place an attention grabbing FOR SALE sign out front.
To determine price, we will analyze the condition of the property, how it compares to similar listings sold, and determine how the current market can affect pricing.
We will launch the listing on peak day: To the MLS to distribute listing to several other websites, social media platforms, etc. in order to initiate a great deal of activity.
I will then negotiate offers, and once under contract I will ensure all deadlines are met to make for a smooth closing.
Buyers
Buying a home in today’s market can be stressful. One of the best ways to be successful in the current market is to partner with a knowledgeable Real Estate Agent that is going to help you find the RIGHT home, is KNOWLEDGEABLE about the current market, and can help you present your best, and strongest offer, and focus only on the houses that are realistic for your budget.
