Coach
For most people, purchasing a home is the largest purchase they will make in their lifetime, and it is my goal to educate and guide buyers through this large investment.
Buyers need Realtors to not just unlock a door, but to coach them with strategy and sometimes help them to find ways of uncovering gems.
In today’s market, it is key to have a strategy, and partner with a realtor who does a lot of business and knows exactly what’s going on in the market. These are the types of agents that are going to match just what you are looking for AND be able to give you insight into the market and the data!
In a consult, we help you with clarity on your goal so you can know the right house when you see it.
Criteria
In a perfect world you would be able to get the perfect house in the perfect location in your budget. Unfortunately that is not usually the case and we are forced to sacrifice one.
It's not about seeing all the properties... it's about seeing the RIGHT properties.
Going to see 20 is confusing as it does not help the buyer have clarity. Often times it's not that people want to see that many, it's because they are trying to LEARN what is available. Educating yourself on what is available and what to expect for pricing so you can be prepared, have a strategy and obtain your objective with less stress and more confidence
Timeline
Once your offer is accepted, my team and I will keep you on track to meet deadlines.
We also always provide Constant Communication, so you know exactly what's going on with your transaction. We will keep you updated every step of the way, from the beginning of your search to the closing and every point in between.
