Julie Danaher
I am a native Vermonter and have lived in just about every town in Chittenden County. I am from Winooski, and I currently live in South Burlington with my family. I love VT and extremely appreciate the beauty I've been able to see from traveling around the state, as a Real Estate Agent - one of the many perks of the job.
I am a UVM graduate with a major in community development and applied economics, which drives my passion for numbers along with my design and problem solving skills.
I worked in retail for 20 years until I decided I wanted to make a bigger impact on the lives of others. For the last 6 years, I have been a Real Estate Agent that is tenacious and motivated to help others.

Our AMAZING team was founded by, Broker, Blair Knowles, she is an amazing leader who is knowledgeable, supportive, attentive and brings overall great energy.
Ridgeline’s admin team supports myself and our growing team of 15+ other realtors to provide the best possible service to our clients.
My personal admin, Erica, has been with me for over two years, and is my right hand. She helps me in every stop of my clients’ real estate journeys to ensure the best possible experience.
Our team at Ridgeline works together to guide you with experience and expertise. We meet regularly to share stories, collaborate, brainstorm and inspire each other with ideas to improve our service

I currently live in South Burlington with my husband, Jamie, our 10 year old daughter, Jackie, and fur babies, Charlie and Teddy.
Together we love to golf, games and vacation together.
My family is AMAZING in supporting me with my passion for real estate by helping me go above and beyond in things such as my ambitious staging projects.
I couldn’t do what I do without their love and support.
My Passions
When not engaged in real estate, I am hanging out with my friends and family, enjoying a board/card game, dancing and riding bikes!
I love reading great books on growth and connecting people, and I also have a passion for supporting others to reach their goals, pursue their dreams and help them to see their full potential.
I hope to inspire and encourage others, and love to give back through fundraising/donating help, recognition locally owned businesses and accomplishments, or just give your a great referral for a product or service you are in need of.
My large spear of influence is great for presenting networking opportunities to others, and I do so through networking groups like Queen City BNI and Connections.
If you need a referral for a yummy cake or small catering, chiropractic or PT care, business branding/advice/loans, or even the best internet connection I have CONNECTIONS for those and MORE and am happy to help!

Visitor Host Cordinator
BNI stands for Business Networking International. It is the world's leading business referral organization with nearly 285,000 members in 10,500 chapters worldwide.
I am currently visitor host of the Queen City chapter. We have a great group on members, with an abundance of networking opportunities.
We encourage visitors to come see what BNI is all about; I guarantee there is someone in our group looking to utilize your products or services or, or know of other that are.
We meets weekly on Wednesdays from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM at the Cathedral Church of St. Paul located at 2 Cherry Street, Burlington, VT, United States, Vermont
